Prize Draw Rules and Eligibility

• Eligibility: 

The referral program is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

• Entry Process: 

Each completed referral submitted via our official referral form during the program period constitutes one entry into the prize draw.

• Referral Period: 

Referrals must be received between Monday 15^th September and Wednesday 15^th October to qualify for the draw.

• Referral Definition: 

A valid referral is when the referred person completes an initial consultation with Clear Path Financial Group.

• Prize: 

One winner will be randomly selected to receive a $250 gift card. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• Winner Selection: 

The draw will be conducted on Friday 17^th October by an independent party to ensure fairness.

• Winner Notification: 

The winner will be notified by phone or email within 24 hours of the draw. If the prize is unclaimed within 5 days, a redraw may occur.

• General Conditions: 

Clear Path Financial Group reserves the right to amend or cancel the referral program at any time without notice.

• Privacy: 

Participants’ information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering the referral program.
